About Us

Operation Save Canadian Youth is a multi-cultural organization registered here in Toronto.  OSCAY has been operating since 2018.

OSCAY works to support youths in our community to experience new opportunities, overcome barriers, build positive relationships and improve their educational outcomes.

This is accomplished through our Youth Awareness programs, Counselling, life skill and conflict resolution programs.

OSCAY's mission is to empower and support young people and their families to improve their life opportunities for a better future. Our goal is to promote open youth-to-youth communication and multicultural bridge building.
